Thank you for giving this about 20 minutes. Your answers build the picture we'll explore together at the workshop on November 12.
You'll describe three views:
1. You: your own work with this team
2. Each teammate: what you've experienced of each person
3. The team: how your team works as a whole
Then two quick questions about your place on the team.
Every statement links to one of the nine colors from the kick-off. We've left the color names off so you can focus on what actually happens.
Everyone contributes in different ways. Each of us brings a different mix of the nine colors, shaped by our own experiences, and that variety is something we celebrate. The goal isn't to max out every color. It's to see how each person contributes and how those contributions fit together.
How to answer
• Think about the last 90 days.
• Describe what actually happened, not what you intend.
• Say how often, not how well. Higher isn't the goal; an honest picture is.
• For teammates, choose Haven't seen if you haven't had the chance to see it, instead of guessing.
Who sees what
Your answers are confidential. Evo sees them so we can build the reports and prepare for your interview, and no one in your organization sees who said what, and your report comes only to you. This is about the team, not a performance review.
Please finish by Friday, October 30. At the end, you'll pick a time for your 30-minute interview.
